Trail Description
About this trail
The Sawmill Trail is a short trail down Northside between the Steam Engine Trail and Bull-of-the-Woods Mountain Road. It is characterized by semi-loose runs down pretty steep terrain along the side of the slope. In this aspect, the Sawmill Trail is almost identical to Gold Camp Trail. About half way down there is a shallow creek crossing that will cool you off during your long ride down the mountain. After about half a mile, the trail terminates where it meets Bull-of-the-Woods Mountain Road.

Review: This trail is definitely a cool one. Keeping riders on their toes, its straight nature and its semi-loose tread conflict with each other. It is very easy to get too fast on this trail, which sometimes come back to haunt you. Despite this, it's still a great trail and a massive amount of fun.
