The 4 stars are to be taken in context: In an area without a lot of trails, it's pretty damn good. Start at the end of Deacon Road and follow the blue trail. Take it to the orange, then to a dirt road. Make a right, go almost to the houses ahead and sprint left up onto a 15-20 ft. ridge. Take a left onto the green trail. Beautiful singletrack following the ridge. At the end, take red back to the beginning of blue.
Blue starts as a sandy jeep road and turns into dirt singletrack as it follows the creek. Some roots in lower lying areas. Punchy little rollers all the way through. No rocks, and many types of dirt are represented. Lots of blowdowns after recent storms. not sure who is in charge of removing them, but they are very slow. Still worth it for a quick ride. Do 2 loops if you need miles.
