This is mostly a series of paved greenways. But, off of the main trails, there is about a mile of doubletrack and another mile of singletrack. It's not technical and mainly flat, but it's a good place for beginners that want to get some super entry level singletrack. With the greenway and single/doubletrack it's about 5miles combined.
