This model comes stock on tons of trek bikes and will get the job done. I haven't noticed any extra flex out of the one I own. I does require you to put some major torque down on the bolts to keep the saddle in place on bumpy rides but, so far, those bolts haven't had any issues stripping out or shearing.
Pros Cheap and relatively durable.
Cons Rail retention system is finicky and can be had to access with an allen wrench. Weighs a metric ton!
I liked this seatpost a lot until it broke. It didn't snap in half, but it bent a good amount so that it could not be put down. It had a fair amount of flex before but it did its job well.
