Trail Mix Off-Road Duathlon returns to Rockford, Illinois, on October 4, 2026, at the Atwood Park trail system. The event features a challenging run-bike-run course through the area's scenic singletrack, with both full and shorter Half Mix options available.

Not a duathlete? Trail Mix also offers 10- and 20-mile mountain bike races, making the event a great fit for both racers and riders. New for 2026, participants can compete for Fastest Lap prizes on both the run and bike portions.

Most importantly, 100% of event proceeds support trail building and improvements at Rock Cut State Park and Atwood Park, helping create and maintain great trails for the local outdoor community.
