			Wooded trail with an uphill switchback climb into a downhill with berms to roll/jump.  Trail also has several bridges including a curved bridge.  The trail loops back into the greenway which runs along the Catawba River at the base of the Mountain Island Lake Dam.  You can ride the length of the greenway and blue trail and get approximately 5.5 miles.
