2023 Singletracks Product Giveaways

Multi-brand Giveaway

For each multi-brand giveaway:

Up to 5 brands may participate, category exclusion is first come, first serve (ex, only one helmet brand per giveaway)
1-3 winners (18+, US residents) will be selected at random and products distributed with as equal value as possible
Total product prize value should be a minimum of $500
Winner selection and notification will be handled by Singletracks within 1 day of giveaway closure
Brands should shipped prizes directly to the winner(s) within 1 week of receiving winner(s) contact information.
Brands should supply lifestyle product photography or send product samples prior to the campaign to Singletracks at the following address: Leah Barber, 223 S Columbia Drive, Decatur GA 30030
Email opt-ins will be sent via csv within 2 days of campaign end date or real-time contact delivery may be arranged prior to the campaign (enter your email service provider below)

Giveaway Promotion

Promotion on Singletracks website: 7-day homepage feature, featured articles, house ads (1.5M monthly pageviews)
1-2x inclusions in weekly newsletter to ~63k subscribers
Social media sharing (paid promotion)
Estimated reach: >200k mountain bikers
Average 2000 shared email opt-ins (based on 2022 giveaways)

Payment Preferences: Prepayment is required 7 days prior to your campaign date per terms on the invoice (sent separately). For new advertisers or changes to billing, please provide accounting email address and business mailing address.
