Mystery mountain bike spotted at bottom of cliff

posted March 12, 2007 by trek7k

bike0.jpgI’m not sure why this is news but I guess things are a little different “Down Under.” Apparently a mountain bike was spotted at the bottom of a gnarly cliff and no one seems to know whose it is or how it got there. There doesn’t seem to be any concern that someone might have accidentally ridden the bike off the cliff, they just want to know if the bike was stolen or is missing.

Now the question is how to retrieve the bike. (Of course someone needs to retrieve it, why would anyone leave a perfectly good damaged mountain bike at the bottom of a cliff?) I don’t plan on volunteering to risk my life for a broken bike, though I hear those green Malvern Star mountain bikes are rad…
