Introducing our Senior Bike Editor
If you’re a regular reader of this blog you may have noticed an unusually well written piece yesterday about returning bike tech to simpler times. No, I didn’t suddenly learn all there is to know about bike tech, nor did I take a class on creative writing. In fact, we have a new team member here at singletracks and his name is Joel.
Many of you may know Joel better as Bombardier, the sage of all things bike and one of our regular forum and review contributors. Joel is our new Senior Bike Editor and aside from writing for the blog he’ll also be moderating our mountain bike gear forums and writing for the forthcoming “mountain bike how-to” section on singletracks. We’re stoked to have Joel on board and we know you’ll appreciate his enthusiasm and knowledge as he covers everything bike. Welcome Joel!

Good Choice Trek7K. Congrats Bombardier. Good position for a guy who thinks all things bicycle. Just let him keep posting in Forum land. Many of us there rely on his knowledge of bicycle components and such (and we can’t afford our own personal bike mechanic).

I’m not big on acceptance speeches, but I will say that I’m extremely humbled by the recognition given to me by Jeff and the other ladies & men here at Singletracks. See ya’ll on the trails!
