multiple connector trails, all marked by blazes on trees according to color. The red
trail and the trails at Kaw River State Park next door are the most fun.

I road this trail last week of Feb 2012. As of then it was very muddy in the low ground and that part sucked. The trail system is linked together with Kaw River park, but it would be hard to separate the two. I tried to ride all the main trails for GPS track and I think I got the main loops. I'm sure I missed some connections. There's a lot of variety here. The loop in the SW is gravel double track and a neat fast ride. N of that is a single track with steep hills that would be extremely technical up or down ( too wet for me hiked up.) To the East there's a couple of loops in the woods including a little of climbs/drops switchbacks and bottom land. and there's some tracks out in the grassland, that are at least challenging hilly in spots. Theres parking in multiple locations. 6th Ave, By the Gov. Residence, By the clock tower and some at N side of park by river and boat ramp.
