Description
The trail is not technical (10 feet wide graded), and has quite a few joggers/dog walkers/etc when I\'ve been on it. There is a lake to ride around. Couple this ride with the White Rocks trail (parking lot just east on Valmont, on the north side) and you\'ll get a decent 12 mile ride. This trail is a good warm up/down for the White Rocks Trail if you use the south lot (off of Arapahoe).

Review: We rode this trail earlier this summer because it's near where I work (Gunbarrel area of Boulder). Its more of a path than a trail, but for beginners its a good place to try out your mountain bike before heading off to harder trails in the foothills. There's little shade so avoid it on hot summer middays.
