WTB Prowler MX Reviews
Description: (
from wtb.com)
USAGE:Freeride / Downhill
CONDITIONS:Wet to Dry / Loose to Rough
The MX (Motocross) utilizes the same aggressive transitions and outside knobs as the Prowler XT, but features a shifted center tread. The MX is a highly predictable tire at speed, boasting deep-piercing lateral grip in loose conditions. The 2.5-inch version excels on treacherous descents and high-speed chutes while
the MX 2.1-inch thrives on epic, day-long trail rides.

Cons

Review
I used the 2.3 mx as a front tire and loved it other than weight which wasn't really that bad this is a great all around tire. I didn't think it wore out fast as in other reviews.

Great gripping and rolling tire that is light weight.
Cons
Wears out too fast, leaving cornering a little sketchy.
Review
Great performing tire for a short period of time. If you like to change your rubber frequently I'd go for it.

If you have a long leg trail bike and ride mostly on looser stuff this tire works great. Tough single ply casing which holds up great on rocky and rooted trails.
