| Pros | Very stiff and not too heavy. | | Cons | None.
| | Verdict | Great crank for all mountain and trail bikes. | | Recommended for: Anyone |
| Pros | Shifts well, light enough, slightly wider "Q-factor" than some Shimano Cranks, Good Chainline on my bike. | | Cons | Have to use a special washer on the pedal threads | | Verdict | My FireX crankset and bottom bracket have had no problems in 2 seasons. I have bashed the outer ring on rocks and logs and it is holding up pretty well. Installation was a snap. For me the slightly wider stance is easier on my knees than some other cranks. Get one now! Lots of places have them on sale for 99 bucks!!! | | Recommended for: Value seekers |
