Pros
Stiff and reliable.
Cons
A little on the weighty side.
Review
Recently removed big chain-ring in favor of a bash gaurd. Now it's even heavier, doh!
Pros
Strong setup, easy to remove, good looks
Cons
Aluminum M-15 extractor bolt wouldn't stay tightened. Even with Loctite it still would back out and eventually stripped. Replaced it with a steel M-15 bolt and haven't had a problem since.

A great crankset for all-mountain and trail bikes. You can't go wrong.
Pros
Very stiff and not too heavy.
Cons
None.
Review
Great crank for all mountain and trail bikes.
Pros
Shifts well, light enough, slightly wider "Q-factor" than some Shimano Cranks, Good Chainline on my bike.
Cons
Have to use a special washer on the pedal threads

My FireX crankset and bottom bracket have had no problems in 2 seasons. I have bashed the outer ring on rocks and logs and it is holding up pretty well. Installation was a snap. For me the slightly wider stance is easier on my knees than some other cranks. Get one now! Lots of places have them on sale for 99 bucks!!!
