Light
Adjustable
Easy to get in and out
Simple to work on

Rode these on the owner of the shops bike and just fell in love with them. Might make me convert from the Crank Bros. No pedal release on rocks etc.
Pros
Clear mud, solid entry so you know when you are in, always work, good sized pedal body, tough, nice bearings
Cons
could be lighter

I have been riding ATAC pedals for quite a while (1998 maybe??) and this is my newest pair. The XS carbon pedals fix some of my gripes with my other ATAC pedals: they have wrench flats, they are lighter weight. Here in NC we have some pretty sticky red clay with little rocks in it, these pedals always clear it on the first or second try. I use these for Cyclocross too where I engage/disengage hundreds of times per hour (or at least it seems that way) -- they always work!
