Pros
My favorite post so far. Light and extremely strong. Quality is off the charts. The tube taper makes for a flexible yet strong post.
Cons
The price is rather high for an alloy post.

This seatpost is great, it's very light which is important when it comes to racing. Also, it holds up well to quite a beating.
