Pros
Has never given me a minute of trouble. Seems to be a great value for the price.
Cons
The seat is not as comfortable as others. The grips need to be upgraded for longer rides.
Review
This is the only mountain bike I have ever owned and only then for 1 year. I am very pleased with its performance. I like to try anything and "Can the bike handle it?" has never been an issue.

Pros
It is a good bike especially for the price. The bike is stable going through rock gardens and feels solid off jumps.
Cons
The components seems to fail too quickly. After 200 miles, the spokes started to fail. I would get a broken spoke about every 50 miles of riding. After replacing 6 spokes on the rear wheel, I replaced the rear wheel and have not had a problem since. Also, the suspension is not as good as the Yeti ASR5 or the Stumpjumper.
Review
This is a quality bike and is good for general XC riding. It feels solid through a variety of riding conditions. However, the components are designed for XC riding and not all mountain riding. The components, especially the spokes for me, broke earlier than I expected. If you want to do all mountain riding with this bike, I would upgrade the wheels first. Otherwise, this bike has handled everything I have thrown at it.
