Pros
Good protection
Cons
cost and fit
Review
This is a good product, but if you are not within the "normal" cycling build proportions the fit can be less than desireable.

Pros
Great fit, breathable, I have an older version of the pressure suit that has the removable spine protection.
Cons
None really, price maybe? I paid 175.00 for mine.
Review
Great upper body protection, fits like a glove, doesn't shift, and adds support.
Pros
Shoulder protection is good, relatively thin and light. Fits well.
Cons
The spine protector holds quite a bit of heat. Would be nice if it could be removed.

I like it, After a half hour or so I forget it is on. I really needed some shoulder protection after a stupid accident and this fit the bill. Overall it is very cool to wear when moving. If you stop your back starts to roast. I wear a large suit and with an XL jersey over it you can hardly tell I am wearing it. well, minus the hunchback from the spine protection.
