Pros
Ankle protection is good

Cons
Foot "plate" needs improvement or removed all together

Review
Good support and protection for the ankle however the foot plate is something that i am not too fond of. If your using moulded footbeds it changes how they feel a bit. Also considerable time is needed to make the foot plate fit perfect.

Bought these after the big ring took a chunk out of my ankle. They have saved my ankles a few times since :)
