Pros
NOT-rapid rise, easy to install, easy to adjust, holds adjustment well, pretty light
Cons
not rockproof - if somebody invents a rockproof derailleur call me

A great upgrade/replacement for entry level bikes. Just the thing if you have been riding a long time and just can't retrain your brain to rapid rise. Can be found for as cheap as $45.00

Pros
Shifts quick, good price, very efficient.
Cons
On rough terrain, it bounces up and hits the frame which makes an awful lot of noise.
Review
If you have problems with it hitting the frame, get a chain stay protector. Good derailleur for the money.
