Pros
Awesome modulation really help carry speed down the trail. The ergonomics are great, even for people with smaller hands. Setting these brakes up for one-finger braking is idiot-proof. These brakes have the power when you need it and can scrub speed better than most other brakes I have ridden.

Cons
I found myself going through a lot of brake pads, however I like the modulation of organics more than sintered so it's probably my own fault.

Review
If you are on your first set of brakes and are looking to upgrade, it's harder to find a better AM brakeset.

Pros
Great all around brake--no obvious weaknesses.

Cons
None worth mentioning.

These brakes came stock on my new Yeti Seven and they were a pleasant surprise. They are the most reliable and trouble free discs I've owned (vs Hayes el camino which couldn't handle abuse and Avid Juicy 7 which were in constant need of adjustment). The levers area also a perfect fit for my hands--no cramping on long downhills! We'll see if they stand up over the long run!

Pros
Decent power, but the best feature is the smooth lever action. The pin and ability to remove the pads without taking off the wheel is another good feature.

Cons
When the pads are worn down the caliper pistons tend to stick.

Review
A decent set up but not a fan of the smallish pistons which I have had sieze up due to the pads worn low. Now if your a person who regularly check out there equipment then it shouldn't be an issue.

Pros
Awesome stopping power with little to no effort. The brakes broke in super fast. I have had no problems with fade, nice firm feel when applying the brakes. I have Absolute faith in the brakes while riding down extreme trails. They look great too!

Cons
nothing!

Buy these if you want great performance with superior looks! I have riden these breaks hard through the mud, dirt, rocks and snow and no problems whatsoever.
