Pros
shifts smoothly
Fits my particular frame style where a bottom swing won't fit
dual pull is convenient

Cons
body is a little wide, front - back, can potentially hit my frame if I bottom out the supension, which hasn't happened yet

Review
On some full suspension frames this is the only type of derailleur that will fit.
On this model, the weight is decent as compared to the MUCH more expensive XTR, shifting is crisp and the dual pull setup is very convenient, as are the included shims that fit multiple seat post diameters.

Review
This works great for anyone who rides. Very little play in the unit so once you have it set up this works flawless.
