Work great, durable.

Kinda bulky, does not have rapid shift like XT or XTR, limited adjustability.

Pros
Nice action,two way release,removable gear indicators,rapid shifting.being able to remove the indicators was real helpful when I needed to mount a remote on my handlebars in order to get the remote within reach.
 
Cons
The front shifter has a pretty big swing and I really got to get into it to get shifted up the next bigger ring,kinda of a hassle.

these shifter's came with my stumpjumper and although I've seen other's replace with XT,I've just left mine alone to see how they do and there still in use and functioning satisfactory;...
