Pros
These are my go-to pedals. Consistent, easy entry-exit, durable as all get out. I like that they don't get all scratched to hell when cranking through rock gardens and the 6 degree hop-up makes stepping into these pedals a breeze for anyone.

Cons
The new XTR trial pedals may make these pedals obsolete.

Review
If you ride platforms and think that clipless is only for the lycra crowd... spend a day climbing on these pedals... i bet some of you will change your mind.

Pros
Flawless clip in and out. Smooth spinning pedal with wide platform

Cons
Plastic cage. A bit pricy

Review
Overall i would recommend these pedals to one who can't decide between platforms or clipless. But I must say I enjoy the size of these and have had more success with them when riding slow and using body english going over logs and skinnies compared to my previous M-540's pedals from Shimano

Pros
Lightweight is all you get with these

Cons
Plastic platform will not take abuse

Review
If you want platform clipless, get the Shimano M545. Buddy of mine has these and after alot of technical riding the plastic platform will fall apart on you. POS. If you don't plan on technical riding but want a platform with clipless then this is the pedal for you.

Pros
I like the adjustable clip pressure, the base is a very rugged polymer and has withstood a lot of abuse from rocks and it gives you the ability to pedal when not clipped in like you have flats.

Cons
When you just want to ride your bike to the store or through the campground with a pair of sandles, tennis shoes, or any flat bottom shoe the clips stick up to far and make it real annoying. I wish they could be flush with the pedal base.

Review
I would recomend this pedal to anyone that feels they need to have a flat at technical times especially taking off from a standstill on a steep climb.
