Pros
Good price.
Holds up well.
Smooth shifting.

Cons
Could be lighter.

Review
I have this on my old hardtail, which is now my commuter. When combined with an XT derailleur and Sram PC-870 chain it shifts crisply and never slips.

When it wears out, I will get another just like it.
