Pros
Very very light.
Clean look and decent dampening.
Cons
Older 28mm versions were a bit flexy in the uppers.

For racers its a must have fork for its lightweight and reliability.
Pros
Claen design, 32 mm stanchions on the 2009
Cons
none so far
Review
easy to adjust if ya have half a brain
Pros
Light weight simple to use.
Cons
limited to lighter riders. Older design has 28mm legs which are a bit flimsy for a heaver rider

A decent fork which i would only recommend for racers and XC only don't think you can use this one for jumps and such....If i had to give a "safe height" kind of limit i would say max 2' drops in elevation.
