decent source of nutrition and energy if eaten well before a ride.

While I do like Power Bars, this isn't my favorite flavor. Does give you some need ed energy for long rides though.

Were great as one of the powerbar pioneers, but there are many better tasting ones out there now!

Been taking these for all my outdoor activities for well over ten years now. Only complaint is that they get too hard when its cold, so keep them close to the skin and warm on winter trips.
