Cons The fruit flavored ones are horrible, but what do you expect from a energy nutrition. Verdict The chocolate flavored ones are great, they taste like brownies somewhat. The fruit flavored ones are not worth it unless you do not mind that funky taste. Having never tried an energy gel before, I was a bit hesitant to buy these at first, and was very surprised that they actually tasted good! The energy boost was noticeable but seemed to take about fifteen minutes to kick in.
