Pros
Dual lock system allows you to secure all parts of the bicycle you do not want to get stolen. U locks are the only way to properly secure your bike.
Cons
Mounting lock to bike is a joke. Throw the thing out a put lock in your bag or pannier. I leave mine where I always lock up, and keep the cable (with a padlock) with me for emergency lock ups.

If you need to lock up, get a On Guard
Pros
Affordable. Heavy duty. Large "U" shaped lock and extra steel cable allows you to secure almost everything on the bike.
Cons
Poorly designed mounting bracket. Could be lighter but it IS heavy duty hardened steel so I really can't complain about the weight too much.
Review
A good heavy duty lock that won't break the bank. The mounting bracket is poorly designed and I don't even use it. I just throw the lock in my bag and away I go. If the bracket was better I'd rate it a 5 because it certainly seems to keep the bike safe from the unfriendlys.
