Description:
Without a fixed anchor point for leverage and virtually no space for jacks, there is no easy way to defeat these cuffs. The hardened steel laminated construction doesnt help the thieves either. But to help you out, they fold in half for easy storage and carrying. Lock the rear wheel (within the rear triangle) to a fi xed object; OR
use with a cable to secure front wheel; OR remove front wheel and thread one cuff through the spokes before securing it to a fi xed object.
