Pros
Light, stiff, responsive, easy to adjust for the situation.

I found this fork extremely easy to adjust for about any situation. All day trail rides where I'm carying a lot of water, XC races, leisurely after work trail rides... I found it easiest just to get the air pressure set right, leave that alone and adjust the platform on the fly as needed.
Pros
Light weight and stiff. A good fork for those who want to go fast on the trails
Cons
A bit too light weight for those who are 200+
Review
Good fork once you spend the time getting the sag and settings correct. Great for those who want to save weight on their bike.
Pros
Extremely light, No lateral flex, absorbs any light or technical bumps, race ready
Cons
slightly narrow stanchion tubes for trail use, cheap stickers

I own the Super model of this fork (has absolute damping with full lock out) and would recommend to anyone looking for a great fork that will reduce their bikes weight by a full pound!
