ProsThey're huge, sturdy perches while mashing on the trails. Crazy grip, it's like being clipped in but you don't have to wear a skirt like all of those doing the clip in thing. Sure, you'll loose some skin and draw some blood on your calves and shins at some point, but you've got total control when you need to dab a foot - instead of having a fall just because you follow the herd like everyone else. Real men and women ride these platforms!!
ConsI guess one could bitch about the $60-$70 price for pedals, but not me. It is worth every penny!!
VerdictIf you simply don't like being connected to your bike, this is the only option. Don't be a dork, ride these!
