Kenda Karma DTC Tire Reviews
Description: (
from kendausa.com)
DTC Compound has Kenda's L3R Pro (hard) compound in the center of the tread for speed and long life. Kenda's Stick-E rubber on the transition and cornering knobs provides better grip in turns. Small square knobs accentuate this tread pattern for fast XC rides and races.

Pros
Low rolling resistance. good in dry conditions. climbs well if not turning.
Cons
No cornering in wet conditions, especially if trail is hard with damp leaves or any mud.
Review
I have been riding this tire on mostly dry conditions. Once the trail turns even slightly slick, this tire has no gripping.

Pros
Great all around tire! Light weight XC tire.
Cons
Not the best for loose trail conditions in the front.
Review
Great race tire, but not the first choice for anything more aggresive.
Pros
Lower rolling resistance compared with other knobby tires. Good grip on a straight line.
Cons
No corner grip. Really bad as a front tire since it keeps washing out on corners.

This is a good tire for XC riding. However, if you're doing AM stuff. A more knobbier tire with higher rolling resistance maybe more constructive. I'm currently using this on the rear coupled with the Excavator in the front. Don't recommend putting this tire on the front.
