Pros
Seriously beefy tube!
Cons
For a downhill application? None.
Review
This is a heavy weight DH only tube that will help reduce your chance of flats when pinning it through the rough. Definitely not for a XC bike of any type.
Pros
Very tough
Cons
When installed it does change how a tire rolls.

Good tire for DH / FR reduces the chances of flats.
Pros
Better to have it and not need it than to need it and not have it.
Cons
none
