You must order one size up. I have a 37 inch waist and the XL is 36-38 inches on their sizing chart. When I got the shorts they were so tight I couldn't even fit pull them up past my theighs. If you are skinny you should be good, but if you have some muscle I would definately recommend sizing up. The XXL fits me perfectly. They are very comfortable and the green camo looks great. Because they are so soft I can see how durability in crashes might be an issue. I got them for $35 so for the money they are great choice.

Pros
The liner works great. The chamois makes it as if you weren't really sitting on a saddle, but of course does not take anything away from the ride.

Cons
The outer shell was worthless for me. It rips easily. Split it all the way down and then up the first time I wrecked with them. But it was breathable while it lasted.

Review
They're good as far as comfort goes. I just cut the outer shell off and still use the liner under some other shorts. If you are doing some easy AM riding then they'll do okay, but I would prefer somthing a bit more durable.
