| Pros | Fox fork and shock soaks up bumps.Light weight. | | Cons | none | | Verdict | Bike makes you want to go faster. |
| Pros | Even after all these years..still a viable XC Race rig. Fisher will still cough up a crash replacement. | | Cons | Not designed to navigate much into the aggressive XC realm. | | Verdict | My review is for he Sugar 1 which has the B-Link and carbon seat stays which was $3400 in 2001. 2 inches in rear with a 80mm SID Race on front and Juicy 5s plus XT. I can't part with it..had too many good times, it's held back as a back-up bike on 12-24 hrs races or guest bike. They climb like the dickens and can scramble a sprint as good as any hardtail. The pivots are easy enough to have rebuilt so you can get years of extended light use. The Bike's design is still obvious in all of the new GF HiFi etc. 23 LBS... |
