Pros
Very good frame, geometry.Components pretty good, but I upgraded some; X7 shifters and X7 rear derailleur,Race Face "Ride" stem and bigger diameter Truvativ Stylo Race bar,new grips,Cane Creek Thudbuster short travel seatpost and a WTB "Speed V" saddle, organic front brake pads.I love the brakes; the feel & modulation are great.I only weigh about 160,so some might not think so, but for me,even in the mountains of N.Carolina, they're very good. I've used several different tires;right now it's WTB "prowler XT" 2.3 front & rear(the best yet on hardpack, not so great on roots).
Cons
Stock tires came off right away, and the seat had to be adjusted just right to be O.K., but I changed those things.

I only ride singletrack, and this bike is still so much fun to ride, even after 2 years. No problems with it, I ride 30 to 50 miles most weeks.
