Pros
It's cheap(ish), easy to throw on (thanks to the full-length zipper) and wicks sweat pretty darn well. It also retains just enough body warmth to keep long autumn rides enjoyable.
Cons
It gets kinda sticky for post-ride drinks... keep a tee shirt on hand for post-game wrap ups.
