Pros
Versatility to ride with SPDs or flat trainers.
Price is generally much cheaper than shown.
Cons
Pedal rash from flat side.
Heavy,
Retain dirt easily
Beware of loosing retaining screws
Review
If you want versatility from a single pedal, look no further. If you want performance, look elsewhere
Pros
Ability to ride with or without being clipped in
Cons
The pedals are a bit heavy and can flip over when you get clipped out to the non clip side, making you have to flip the pedal over to get clipped back in.
Review
These pedals are good overall for people just starting to ride and getting used to being clipped in. Can help you through some of the rough parts being slipped but you can always switch on the downhills if they make you nervous. Plus you can use these pedals with regular shoes if you want to just jump on the bike and take a ride.
