Pros
First off, the suspension is plush. This can and will soak up anything you throw at it. This is my first FS bike. You can't beat the price for what you get. Three-way adjustable shocks, front and back. Juicy 3 hydraulic disc brakes. Sealed cartridge bearings on all pivots, my buddies Santa Cruz doesn't even have bearings. I'm in love with this bike.

Cons
The unmatched travel in front (which I intend to remedy in the future) and the Maxxis Larson tires. The tires aren't necessarily bad, they just might not be the best choice for your riding conditions. I found they worked best on dry hardpack which isn't a regular sight in my neck of the woods.

Review
I recommend trying these guys out. If you have a bigger budget you can step up to the Cascade Peak or Nebo Peak. Both step up the components respectively as price goes up. I had one problem that Fezzari took care of right away. The seat stay casting stripped out its threading therefore had to be replaced, which was done without incident.
