Pros
Great feel, mostly eliminates the tingling and numbness I get most of the time.

Cons
When adjusted neutral for comfort, steep downhills can be a problem as the 'wings' prevent wrapping the heels of your hands lower on the grips.

Review
Definitely recommended if you have any sort of numbness issues with your hands.

These are really great on long rides. On rough trails the cushion is soft and forgiving. A great buy!!
