Easy to install and adjust, locking into place without moving. Cons Grey colors turns a little darker after use, black would have been better. Cons When adjusted neutral for comfort, steep downhills can be a problem as the 'wings' prevent wrapping the heels of your hands lower on the grips. I love the cushioning and the ergonomic design. I bought them becaus I had numbness and pain in my hands on long rides. They have completely aleviated that pressure and discomfort. Cons nothing. Verdict These are really great on long rides. On rough trails the cushion is soft and forgiving. A great buy!! Recommended for: Anyone
