Recommended for: Anyone reviewed by Xerien   on April 15, 2009   Pros Reliable release. Reliable hold. Excellent platform when unclipped. Usable platform with street shoes. Cons Somewhat vague feeling when clipping in. Slightly uncomfortable and ever so slight tendency to roll due to the eggbeater when wearing street shoes. Verdict Highly recommend for anyone wanting to swing both ways. Platform is very grabby when running unclipped, eggbeater holds reliably - I've yet to have an accidental unclip, which I cannot say for the shimanos I ran prior to these, and I've also not slipped off unclipped with my cleated shoes. A HUGE improvement over the shimano's I used to run. Recommended for: Anyone
