Pros
Excellent grip, rebuildable, cleanup easy.
Cons
Nothing that I can think of.

Well worth the money. My skate shoes stick to these pedals like glue. As another reviewer mentioned, you may want to invest in some shin guards to avoid pedal bite.
Pros
removeable/exchangeable traction pegs, weight, exchangeable parts to rebuild pedal
Cons
nothing

just got these pedals, a significant improvement over the stock pedals on on my bike. i like the idea of being able to rebuild the pedals if a portion is damaged, rather than having to buy an entire new pedal.

I was told to get some 5-10 shoes but have yet to. My skate shoes work just fine. If you are into downhill I would suggest some full wrap around shin guards to avoid pedal bite. The concept of being able to rebuild them and replace parts is a huge+++++.

Pros
Light weight pedal that is easy to do maintenance on. You can add pedal spikes in locations that suit your liking.
Cons
I haven't found anything that I don't like yet.

If you are seriously considering upgrading to premium flat pedals, these are without a doubt well worth the money.
