| Verdict | This is a good workout for those thinking about competing. It will help you to increase your ability to climb and accelerate. It will also increase your lactate threshold which is more of a predictor of athletic performance than VO2 max. It will also help increase VO2 max by increasing cardiac output. A hard workout that is designed to give you the most benefit without leaving you feeling totally broke down. The work out was designed with good knowlede of physiology. You can usually find this video on clearance at a sweet price if you can find it and is worth buying even at full price. |
| Verdict | This DVD came with Cycle Ops trainer. It has a good interval workout that last a little over 50 mins. There are two main sections of the interavals. A 30 second on and 30 second off and then a second section with 5 2min efforts. Its a good workout for some interval training. |
