Securely holds bottles, I've yet to have one fall out. Can mount in either direction. Cons Had to turn my shock around backwards as the cage and my propedal lever would make contact when the suspension compressed. Verdict This is my only viable bottle cage option due to the size and shape of my frame. It also sits slightly lower which, to my surprise, allows me to carry a 24oz bottle without hitting the shifter cables. The side mount is very easy to use while riding Recommended for: Anyone
