Pros
I own the Carbon soled version. Great amount of grip when hike a biking. Love the quick straps and looks of the shoe.

Love these shoes sadly you can't find them anymore. Mavic now makes shoes very similar now.

I used an older version of these shoe several years ago, and while the performance was reasonable, I was not pleased with the fit or the durability. I ended up snapping the sole of one of my shoes in half during a crash: not cool. The comfort of the fit was mediocre at best, but I did use them without much issue for about a year.
Hopefully the newer models have improved on these points.
