The Rocky Mountain News had a good article yesterday on the growing popularity of Women’s only mountain bike clinics. They talk about how to choose the right clinic and even list a number of upcoming clinics in Colorado this month.

Also in the news, Seven Springs ski resort outside Pittsburgh, PA just opened its first downhill mountain bike trail on Sept. 1. The new lift-serviced bike trail will be open through October and they’re even holding a naming contest to christen the trail. My vote is to call the trail “Singletrack’s Dotcom Trail,” what do you think?

Yep, it may still be faux pas to wear white after Labor Day but no one said anything about bike shorts!
