Review: Would've liked to have spent more time here but school is back in session and the track team was using the trails for practice. Confusing layout with out a map. Sections marked beginner had a gnarly drop with rocks. Keep your eyes on the trail ahead.

Similar Trail: Franke park. Better layout longer trail.

Review: I'm giving it 3 stars. It shouldn't be seen as a bad review, but It's a small place, with some very easy stuff, and goes to unreasonably gnarly instantly. There's lots of fun bits, like switchbacks along practically a cliff, with some hair raising drop ins and hucks. The new stuff on S side is nice, With a few trees and log piles to keep it interesting. They're still building down there and one of the connectors was closed for construction. Also in the park are shelters and play grounds/water feature for little kids. I parked at the ball fields at NE corner. When the Reagan Pkwy is finished soon, it'll be much more convenient to get to.

Review: This is a lot better of a trail than I would have expected. The trails are not clearly marked but a buddy and I found a local to ride with and I would suggest it if you can find one around. It had a lot of fun obstacles and some fast downhills. Well worth your time if you are around. The only downfall is that it is only 5 miles.

Review: We have added more trail to the new back property under the train bridge and more is on the way. This section is more beginner friendly and singletrack. On the front side there are tough little hills with roots and rocks as hammer said which makes it a lot of fun IMO. If you are in the area it is worth the ride.

Review: Nice little trail system for beginners and technical riders alike. I found some challenging, but short sections with rooty, rocky downhills and nearly impossible climbs (for me). There were some fun bridges with small hucks and steps. My only complaint is that there are too many trails in such a small area. I think that riders there have been creating their own short cuts and quick access points to their favorite areas that it has become a confusing mess of inersecting trails. It took me a while to figure out what was exactly supposed to be the routes and what was not. I had a great fun time with this trail. it is NOT a waste of time.

Review: Mostly multi-use trails. No singletrack trail is over .5 miles long, although it seems like they are even shorter. Very confusing with dozens of intersections with short connectors to adjacent trails not on map. Some good technical challenges, but the trail was wet (no rain and 80+ all week, bad drainage I guess) making the many roots impossible to climb over. You will find more singletrack in the "lower trails" area, but again they are short and have intersections of other trails, very confusing. One good bridge followed by a 4 way intersection. The park is pretty hilly, but most climbs and descents are short, steep, wide and root filled, no real switch backs. Zero 'flow.' Stick to Town Run Trail Park or make the trek to BCSP.

Review: As far as Indy trails go, this one is a ton of fun. Brian's Freeride is short, but alot of fun, with some cool little features. The network is a little weird at times, with trails going every which way and a bunch of peds near the entrance. There's some fun little dh sections that would challenge even the most experienced rider on the uphill. This place puts town run to shame.

Review: How to get there: Rockville Road (SR36) west of I-465 about 9 miles to Washington Township Park (aka AVON PARK) on the south side of SR36, or take I-70 west to SR267 go north to SR36 and go west one mile to the Park on your left.

Review: Short network of trails in a public park in Avon. The expert trails require some good bike handling skills. Has tight switchbacks, roots, rocks, and short but intense climbs and descents.
