Description
This is a hiking-biking trail so look out for hikers. If you go North you head towards Stillwell Woods. Directly across Route 25 you will see an entrance to the trail. There are small bike and hiker signs. Follow the bike signs. This trail goes South for about 6 to 8 miles and is relatively easy. It does get a little technical between the Northern State Parkway and the Long Island Expressway. Trail does cross some roadwa**o be carefull. It eventually connects to the trails of Bethpage State park. If your in good shape you could connect Stillwell Woods to Bethpage State Park with this trail.

Review: As previously mentioned this trail connects Bethpage State Park with Stillwell Woods. Not very technical but there are some very good steep climbs..what goes up must come down and these are fast and fun. Two lane traffic so be careful. Hikers and bikers abound on weekends, fairly busy. Enjoy.

Review: If you have a 5 hour day for riding this is a wonderfully diverse trail that I typically start at Bethpage State Park and end at Stillwell and then ride back. Watch out for the thorny wild rose bushes on the Southern part of the trails. Also watch for fast two way traffic.

Review: This trail is now called Trail View State Park. The hot dog guy is gone and parking lot has been black topped and has plenty of parking.

Review: This trail actually starts at ocean ave in massapequa and ends at cold spring harbor. The south part is pretty flat with good scenery, the middle to nort is a hilly difficult in spots section. The scenery is beautiful with amazing valleys and steep drops,a great work out that gives you little chance to rest

Review: Great flat ride. Trail gets slightly confusing around parkways but not too hard to follow. Write me for more info.
