Description: This area is privately owned and you need to buy an all day or season pass. Lots of climbing and some nice singletrack. Rick Flatt is the owner and is supporting MTB racing in central Iowa by hosting several events (See the race calendar for more info.). Follow Dean Ave. east of the fairgrounds for one mile. Test your skills against the areas best riders every Thursday at 6:00 PM (in season). Call 515-262-4100.
