Of the three loops, Longleaf Pine Trail was by far the best. It was technical in most places due to the amount of roots crossing the trail. There isn't much elevation change, so climbs and downhills could be better. There are branches off the main trail that make it more fun, so check em out.
The Old Stagecoach Trail would have been better if it were longer. It was pretty technical, but it was nearly flat.
As far as the Riverwalk Trail, BORING. My seven year old could ride it on a unicycle.
